DR SMITA DESAI
Partner & Principal
Dr Smita Desai is a Psychologist and Special Educator with degrees from North Carolina State University (USA) and Mumbai University (India). Apart from her extensive hands-on work with children and caregivers and various published research, Dr Desai is/has been a member of various university/college board of studies’, executive member of national/local associations and consultant to government policy panels. She is a compassionate and committed servant to the field of Inclusive education in India.
MADHURA PATHARE
Director, Operations
Ms. Pathare, an RCI licensed Psychologist, has long served children with special needs drawing from her qualification and experience in clinical and counselling psychology. She has shown exemplary leadership in nurturing various teams and currently oversees all operational functions at Drishti.
MANDAR DESAI
Chief Growth Officer
Mr Mandar Desai has a background in IT and an MBA from USA. He has worked extensively in the Indian Ed Tech space and joined Drishti with a start up drive to scale its operations and help achieve its ambitious objective of making a significant impact among children and families across India. Mandar is no relation to the partners but a welcome Desai!
ANAND DESAI
Partner Psychologist
Mr Anand Desai holds diverse degrees in science (MSc, Physics USA) and social science (MA, Psychology India) and even more diverse interest which includes sport! His role at Drishti is in working with the leadership team in helping create & execute strategy for the organisation, as well as ensuring Drishti has a culture of nurturing young talent. Anand is husband to Smita and made a mid career switch to join her to help grow Drishti.
